This was a delightful visit where the local chef put on a cooking demonstration of popular Peruvian dishes. The first item was Ceviche made with fresh Sea Bass, one of the most popular foods served in Lima. So tasty. Many folks turn down raw fish but this dish was so tasty, it will change your mind. 😋 The second dish included chunks of beef that was stir fried with vegetables, lime juice and soy sauce served with potatoes and likewise a tasty dish. We were also introduced to Pisco, the famous liquor drink distilled from sweet grapes grown in southern Peru.

Charming restaurant in Peru. Offers "faux" cooking school and certificate. Stop for cruise groups. Good food. They serve Pisco Sours and the Popular Peruvian Purple juice
