The best Carimañolas & Sancocho in town. A few dishes have a subtle smoke that accentuates the flavors. Service was superb thanks to Guillermo.

I'll start off by saying that maybe my palate is not the best when it comes to Panamanian dishes. However, I have been to a few Michelin star restaurants and all of them put this place to shame. I was disappointed, especially for the price. Paying the same price in the states for a meal would give me better food. The desserts we're good, and I liked a few of the dishes, a few others I couldn't finish eating. The first thing they served was a broth... It tasted legitimately like salty, boiled hotdog water. Huge disappointment, I would not recommend. I should add that the staff was extremely professional and helpful.

Simple and impressive. Great flavors and attention. First time around in Panamá and got this great surprise of flavors. Great Gin Tonics too.

A kind of family style meal featuring a wide variety of Panamanian food. Because of the size of our group they brought us a variety of appetizers. The German/US/Spanish/Panamanian wine steward knew her stuff and acted as a translator with the rest of the staff who were very attentive. The food was excellent and we all had a very relaxed meal.

I don’t really understand how this is the best restaurant in Panama. The starters were tasty but the mains and dessert were very weak. And no vibe really
