€30 per person. Excellent experience. No photos can be taken inside. It takes just under 1 hour. There is no parking, and if bringing a car there is limited nearby street parking, so allow time to find a spot! Experience starts with video about history and timeline of site. Then a guide takes you into the hypogeum. The tour is all done through a hand held audio that each person is given on their way in. It is mostly underground. I'm not sure I would take a young child in there, as its a little dark, and perhaps a little creepy considering that thousands of bodies were interred down there (don't worry, all are now gone!!). With this said, it's an incredible site considering its antiquity, and if you love prehistory, it would be a crime to miss it. Just make sure you book well in advance, this can be done online. Only 10 people allowed in hypogeum per hour.

A neolithic world heritage site that's was previously a burial site and shelter during WWII. It was ~$30 a person for the hour long tour of the underground tunnels. It was a well paced tour, but it's not as impressive as the catacombs at St. Paul's. If you're a fan of historical sites and guided tours, recommend this site. Otherwise, the catacombs are much more impressive in its structural build (but not as old) and cheaper too!

Absolute waste of money!! It is ridiculously expensive!not even acropolis is so expensive! And I wouldn't mind the price if they treated the monument the way it should!! Bored staff that was occupied with their phones when they should show us what we are hearing to the audio! Audioguides without headphones so you had to hold this thing in your ear for 45minutes! And of course not all the languages available!! When I pay 40 euros I expect to hear everything in my own language with headphones as it is in every serious museum!! I paid 10 euros for other sights and they had all the languages! It's pretty ironic to name the monument hypogeum(Greek word) and not have Greek in the audio guide!! Forget what they say that it's a must see and don't throw your money until they treat this place with respect!!

Amazing and intense experience. This mystical place burrows right into your soul. Imagining the reality of the place as it was all those thousands of years ago is easy and everything comes alive as you walk down the dark carved corridors helping you to step back into time.
