Excellent food, interesting history and stories about the place, friendly service, very easy going casual atmosphere. Perhaps even bit too touristy. But price is alright, quality is great. You can try several different local wines and spirits easily.
Best place to come for a lunch. Fully recommended. Very polite and serviced stuff. Great value of price and quality. But except all the typical when you come to the restaurant you believe tou travel back in time. It is not inside the very centre of the old town but it only take 5 minutes on foot to get there!
Delicious. The server spoke English and was kind and helpful. Made a good recommendation. The food was authentic and delicious. It's a giant two story restaurant but felt comfortable. I'm going back tomorrow
If you want to try delicious Slovakian food at a good price this is the place for you. Tried the dumplings with cheese and bacon which was tasty and filling. The poppy seed dumplings were a not too sweet dessert to follow up.
Really cool atmosphere and good local food. This theater turned brewery and restaurant is on the square where the Velvet or Gentle Revolution in 1989 took place... For our lunch we enjoyed a sausage platter, a trio of three local foods (different types of dumplings to be exact) and a basket of bread. It was a heavy but delicious meal. If you've drunken your way around Germany and enjoyed the locally produced, regional beers...this is not to be missed. Both the dark and the lighter beer were pleasing. There are plenty of restaurants here but if I return I'd actually like to eat here again. Great service and friendly staff. The food and drinks arrived in a reasonable time despite a heavier volume of patrons.
