Starting November and lasting through the end of February, every year the Inbal hotel holds the soup festival. At the cost of 69₪, one can enjoy soup as much as desires (or capable, whichever comes first) from a selection of six different soups. From my personal experience it seems that the Minestrone and Onion soups are regularly served while the others change daily. In addition to the soup, you will find croutons, soup nuts, and cheese to grate into your soup. Also part of the deal are spiced toast with different spreads. If you love soup and you are in the area during the winter, you should treat yourself to this wonderful festival.
Our home away from home. It is a beautiful hotel. The rooms were large and the bathrooms were modern. The breakfast buffet was extra ordinary with more food than you could eat in a day. Chocolate things for breakfast was lovely. Because of a medical issue we had to stay extra long and they were very kind and helpful. We enjoyed the 5 soup supper one night and the fancy 02 Restarant. There were many Jewish visitors and occupants and we enjoyed learning about their Sabbath and kosher foods. The gift shop with antiques was fantastic and the proprietor very helpful and kind.
Stayed for 5 nights and had the most enjoyable stay, the hotel is fabulous, very classy looking, rooms were of excellent service, housekeeping great, had breakfast and dinner daily at the restaurant and the food, choices and quality was just the best. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone, it's also in a very nice area of town
Went to the soup bar and it's great. For a five star hotel, it's what I expected. Wouldn't go there every day but all things considered, a nice treat for a special occasion.
Lovely elegant hotel with a beautiful lobby. Attended the Winter Soup Festival. The service was excellent and the soup bar attractive. There were five soups, bread, dips and soup fixings. All were delicious. The 69 nis price, however, seems excessive.
