Decent small hotel very near to La Joliette metro station. Walkable from Marseille St. Charles train station, takes about 20 mins. Hotel room was relatively small and compact. They optimized the space quite well. Comfortable bed. Free bottled water (once per stay). Paid mini bar inside room. Small but clean bathroom. Good quality toiletries provided. Iron/ironing board provided on request. Breakfast was good with decent options, however provision for order-to-make eggs was not available (which was the only drawback in my opinion). Bar available but no in-house restaurant. However one can order room service through reception staffs. Staffs are helpful and courteous. Free use of swimming pool and sauna available at specified times. Would consider coming back

Area is safe but not much around the street, however very convenient to walk to nice places and the metro and tram are less than a week away. My room was good, just a lot of noise from the street and other rooms. The buffet style breakfast isnt worth it, might as well get fresh bread and one of the many boulangeries nearby.

Great hotel - highly recommended. Convenient location; nicely decorated; clean, modern and comfortable rooms; great breakfast and super friendly and helpful staff.

Would recommend, the staff can speak in english and are very courteous. The room we got was very clean and had a very nice view of the street in front.

The hotel was nice, BUT: They first rejected my credit card several times, so I gave the details of another one. But they still blocked a certain amount on both of the cards! As I told them, they said that it was not them who did that (…) After there was no understanding / solution provided, they assured me that in any case the blocked amount would be released in the evening. As I check the next day, both of the amounts are still blocked, plus of course the payment of the room! The hotel is not recommendable at all, it's far too chaotic!
