Very nice location and rooms recently redone. But rooms are not well isolated between each other

This place........ It was small room but I wasn't thinking that the bathroom would be even smaller if you wanted to go toilet its in a really small area the walls are really thin and so you cane everybody going up and down the stairs. The hotel owner or manager decided to tell us we were really loud and that this is not a flat but a hotel, but the walls are really thin so you can people's Conversation in the other room. Overall I wasn't in the hotel but it was still not the best when I was.

Location is perfect! Room was ok, a bit small but with a nice view. Bathroom was very small and the shower was so small it might cause problems for anyone bigger than average. Toilet kept horrible noise when flushed. Otherwise ok. Would recommend because of the very good location.

Per me è stata una bella sorpresa ! Abbiamo avuto molta difficoltà a trovare un posto libero a Biarritz ad agosto senza spendere una fortuna. Trovare questo piccolo hotel a prezzi onestissimi mi sembrava un miracolo. Per fortuna si è rivelato anche un luogo pulito e curato. Ci tornerei sicuramente
