Nice and friendly 5 star hotel, helpfull and bilingual front desk staff, pros: excellent breakfast, with lots of fresh fruit ( Kiwi, pineapple, orange, grapefruit, melon those are just the ones I had for breakfast, there is more) a Chef on hand to prepare eggs as you want them, scrambled fryed or omelette ( plus bacon, sausages & chorizo) plus a machine to freshly squeeze oranges for fresh juice and no to mention the normal selection of croissants, bolleria etc. Rooms are large and spacious, good A/C that does not go off when you leave the room, so room stays cold. Plus there is a shower and bath combined in a wet room in the room also. On the top floor there is a swimming pool and fitness center, but I have not had time to go there. Hotel has parking, the entrance us via the Aragonia shopping center. In the near vicinity there is lots of restaurents ( I went to Nativo, Descorcho, Pajaros En la Cabeza and Bolaños, all excellent) plus there is Aragonia shopping center with all the normal restaurentes also ( Ginos, Fosters Hollywood, a Wok etc) Cons: WiFi can be slow at times, especially when hotel is busy, The shower gel is impossible to get out the bottle, its like jam!!

Good, comfortable, large, clean rooms with good service. Nicely located near the city centre with a small mall attached for shopping, food and movie theater. Lot of local restaurants near by. The breakfast choice was wide spread and enjoyed the coffee's and the juices.

We loved the style, size and furnitures of the room. Everything was clean and nice. The lobby staff was friendly and helpful. For sightseeing of the city center you can either take the tramway (500m) or one of the busses (200m). Either way it’s roundabout 25 minutes.

Very nice hotel and friendly service. The rooms are big as to be expected at the rates of the hotel. Great breakfast with freshly baked eggs. The hotel had its own parking, but it's difficult to find. There's also a bar and a restaurant in the hotel. I stayed in the hotel for a convention in the auditorium of Zaragoza, which is within walking distance.
