Nice and clean hotel with perfect connection to the subway of Marseille. Parking spaces are rare.. Tesla destination charger available (slow). Crew really friendly!! Breakfast perfect

To be very honest we expected a bit more from an 4star hotel, not that the hotel is bad but from what we have seen till now it is not worth the 4 stars. Personally i would say either refurbish and upgrade the service standard to reach an real Novotel 4star standard or downgrade the hotel to IBIS.

The worst hotel to be and they AC do not work and 5th floor 4th floor 3rd floor 2nd floor it's very hot in the rooms and there's a lot of smalls of fungus very bad best place. I would never come back Again.

Unfortunately, the air conditioning system lets the place down. It was barely working and this was a problem across every room. Otherwise, a lovely location and hotel.
