Very clean hotel. Comfortable bed and pillows would definitely recommend and use again

Almost everything was wrong in this hotel. We had to wait for 15 minutes for the receptionist to come to his workplace to check us in. The first invoice we got was incorrect but was fixed quickly. One of the bed legs was broken, so we had to ask them to fix it. The hotel doesn't seem to be safe, anyone can enter because the receptionist is rarely there to make sure the guests are safe. The description of the rooms doesn't match the reality, beds are rather small, LCD TV is actually a small monitor. Breakfast was okay.

We only stayed a few days in Bratislav for which our room was adequate but nothing special. Unfortunately breakfast was a disaster. They took an hour until they restock the buffet and my egg was rotten...no joke!! Only book a room and search for a nice café in the city to enjoy breakfast.

I've got exactly what I paud for - comfortable sleep for one night for very good price. Recommended.
