We loved wandering up this part of town. A wonderful selection of shops all offering something different. The food choices were also good and we asked a local shop keeper where to eat and then went and had lunch. It was awesome. Highly recommend you walk these streets. Another must place to visit “ China town “ yes the shops are tacky selling tourist rubbish ( somethings are good ) the food is amazing and some of the buildings are grand.

An amazing tourist sight with a lot of small stores with many different foods and items. I loved it here! You can feel like in China, but at the same time You are in the Northern America Also, bonus point: Found an amazing Yoda backpack in one of the stores. A wonderful place for sure

The best Chinatown in the country. The area could use some improvements but seems the business owners would rather have 'cash only' establishments to avoid paying taxes. So of course, city improvements will be sacrificed. As long as they are happy, let it be!

Chinatown San Francisco! Wow what an amazing place. I walk down these streets and am amazed, the art and architecture is amazing. If you stay on the outskirts you may see the more touristy parts and not be super impressed, but the deeper in you go, you start seeing all kinds of strange things for sale that quite frankly I was surprised anyone would eat. The sign stop having English translations and you actually feel like you have left the states and are in the heart of an Asian city.

We loved Chinatown. The hustle and bustle is exciting to be a part of. We found some really cool stuff. I bought spices, friends bought Asian knick knacks. We all bought candy. All the shop owners were very nice. You can find many unique and unusual things here. We also saw acrobats practicing routines, which was amazing. We liked our experience.
