I’ve only positives to share on my experience with Ultimate Performance! My PT is David. He’s been fantastic from the very start, bringing varied and challenging exercises to every session. His attention to detail is second to none. The exercises are just the start though, David has focused on my diet and my lifestyle, tracking progress and keeping me in check! The rest of the team down there are brilliant. I’ve been lucky enough to see the progress of others and the transformations are amazing. Before joining I was a part time gym goer and kept myself reasonably active without getting any real results. Since walking through the door at UP Manchester I’ve lost over 8kg and feel stronger and more confident than ever. To anyone thinking about joining I’d 100% recommend UP Manchester.

My time at UP was amazing! I have trained before, but with UP my trainings became more efficient, my eating has become more mindful. I now understand how different types of food affect my body. Last month I had my first fitness photoshoot in my life, something I never thought I would do. It was a challenging two months of strict diet to prepare for it, but in the end, the results were so amazing, my friends thought all pictures were photoshopped, but they weren't, the muscles are real :) In the end, I would say my time at UP was a lifetime experience.

My experience with UP Manchester has been incredible. My personal trainer, Adam, was so knowledgeable and made sure everything we did was specific in me reaching my goals. He made sure it was always challenging but never too much and I have gotten fitter and stronger every step of the way. I've always been very active and kept myself healthy but I didn't know how to get myself looking the way I wanted to. In 12 weeks training with Adam I did what I couldn't after years of training alone. I've been vegan for 2 years and the myth that you can't be vegan and strong or that lifting weights will make a woman bulky is simply untrue. I'm stronger and leaner than I've ever been and feel so much more confident in my appearance. It's a big investment but it is 100% worth it. If you're thinking about it, don't put it off or talk yourself out of it, it's the best decision I ever made.

first and foremost I would like to thank Troy who persevered with me and his professionalism has brought the best out of me, got me to a place I never thought I would ever see again where I was playing football at a confident weight that I had in my youth. I'm also back playing football which I never thought I would see again. Thanks to Troy he has made me turn back the clock, the people at UP are professional and look into everything you need and I would recommend the guys at UP as they are the best at looking after your nutrition, training and accountability for 24 hours a day, this helps along the way and thanks to Troy for this. Keep up the good work you deserve every success in the future.

I know the owner so I get to workout here and it is awesome - really is the best gym if you want to change your body.
